Fundamentals of Connecting

The process for connecting to the Redeam Platform consists of five stages presented below.

  1. Phase 1 – Registration
  2. Phase 2 - Kick off - Team introductions and Development
  3. Phase 3 - Certification
  4. Phase 4 - Production Pilot
  5. Phase 5 – Live

Phase 1 - Registration

  1. Complete connection Questionnaire

Phase 2 Kick off - Team introductions and Development

  1. Technical kick off call between Reseller and Redeam Tech
  2. Redeam will provide sandbox credentials to Booking API
  3. Reseller will use the Booking API to develop to Redeam
  4. Reseller will confirm their development is complete
  5. Redeam Account Manager will schedule Certification with CS Engineering team and Reseller.

Phase 3 Certification

  1. Once Reseller has confirmed they are finished with their development, Redeam will schedule the Certification call with the CS Engineering team.
  2. Certification will consist of making a test booking for each rate type (Reserved and FreeSale) and cancellation of these test bookings.
  3. Reseller to provide copy of the voucher they issue to the guest

Phase 4 Production Pilot

  1. Redeam to prepare/setup reseller for Production and provide the Production credentials for Redeam Booking API
  2. Reseller will need to coordinate with the Operator they have contracted with and will be using as the pilot to ensure they are ready for Production.
  3. Redeam will make Operator/Ticketing System visible to 3rd party/Reseller
  4. Redeam will confirm to Operator/Ticketing System that production is setup
  5. 3rd Party/Reseller will execute test transactions in Production
  6. 3rd Party/Reseller will confirm when they have begin business sales over API
  7. Guest initiates booking
  8. Redeam receives booking from 3rd Party/Reseller
  9. Redeam pushes reservations/bookings from Reseller into Operator/Ticketing System.

Phase 5 Live

Once a Reseller/OTA/ booking channel is certified and the pilot has been successfully completed, they will be logged with the Redeam sales & support teams as being production enabled. Requests for new production connections can be sent to Redeam Customer Success
